Good product but did not have any instructions in box sent an email to DayDeal and they sent me instructions by email.

There are no directions, and I figured out how to work the device just by chance. You have to turn on the thing in advance of receiving any calls, and cannot switch over to the device in the middle of a call if the device hasn't been on in a day or so.
