The Battery support is really good, but it was very hard to understand from the documentation. The protective outer case muffles the sound too much and I can not use it without missing calls because I can't hear them ring. Since I purchaed mostly for the Battery capabilities, i am still happy wiht the purchase even those part of it is unusable to me.
