Cute charm but the plug on it is too small & keeps falling out & the ears on the bear are uneven, one much bigger than the other!! These products should be inspected & tested before being shipped to the customers!! First time ordering from DayDeal & probably the last as 3 of 4 items I ordered had problems!! Be Careful!!
