Universal Battery Charger
Universal battery charger charges cell phone, PDA, MP3 player and digital camera batteries regardless of size, capacity and shape. One charger can charge different types of batteries at home, office or when traveling. Charger automatically detects positive/negative polarity which eliminates the risk of shorting the battery for safe and simple operation. How to use and operate Universal Battery Charger:
- Align the metal prongs to the (+) and (-) battery terminal contacts on your battery. The polarity switch is automatic, and will self-correct if it is reversed.
- Once the prongs are properly aligned and touching the contacts correctly on the battery, the left TEST indicator light should remain lit red.
- Plug in your Universal Battery Charger into an outlet. The center CH light should begin flashing.
- Once fully charged, the CH indicator light turns off and the OK indicator on the right remains lit green; letting you know your battery is now fully charged

I just picked one up today at the Sanford Flea Market in Sanford Florida for $7.00. I plugged it in , stuck the camera battery on and by 8, when i remembered, it was ready to go! Its a sweet lil deal, saved me $40 bucks for a camera charger!

I have had to buy several new cellphone because the charging port was damaged. This product solved that problem because I remove the battery and charged it directly from the wall using the unit. It can also be used to charge, video cam batteries and several other types of electronic device batteries. Set up is very simple its just a matter of aligning neg and postive contact on your battery. Lights indicate when you have contacts placed correctly.

Initially it was hard to use. The instructions are written in very small type. Most people over 40 cant read without magnification. After several uses I did become more proficient with the device. The charge time is very long, so its wise to have a second batery handy for your device.

Tgis product works well not great. It takes too long for a full charge, but it does the job. You definitely need to use this overnight.

I'm actually on my second of these. The first one broke after just two days. DayDeal replaced it promptly at no charge and the new one has been working great. I chose this charger so I could keep a spare battery charged and so my husband could charge his phone's battery on it, too. It takes a little bit of finessing the battery in - making sure it's connected right and the polarity is correct - but once you know how the battery should sit in the holder and exactly when the lights are supposed to do what they do, it's a great little device that's easy to use. Expect your batteries to take 6 hours to charge.

I like the product. My youngest introduced me to this battery charger. It has be a God send since the internal charger on my phone does not work. It charges the batteries nicely. A very great for the price. every person that has a cell phone should have one to charge extra batteries when they are needed.

This product has three different instructions...one in the box, one ON the box and one on this website. The one which seems correct is a combination of all three. In short, the charger appears to work (I bought three and all work the same way). But not a single one actually showed a charging light even though the batteries did not require charging they were not fully charged.
At this price I guess one can't expect decent instructions.

Good product. It did it's job, charging my cell phone battery. Remember to go to YouTube for observing the video on proper use. Remember, follow the directions. Speed wise, it seemed about the same as my old charger. Maybe somewhat slower, but not an issue. I charge my phone once every few days. No big deal for me.

The first time I used it, the flashing red light was still on after 6 hours, so I assumed it was a slow charger. I left it plugged in overnight, but the green light was still not on. The battery only lasted about 14 hours in the phone. I have 2 batteries, but I have to charge one in the morning, and the other at night, to prevent having a dead battery at the wrong time. Tonight, I put a weak battery in it, but the green light came on. Huh? I had to start the process all over to get the flashing red light to start. This charger is NOT for every phone. My phone's battery is a 1500mAh, but this charger is made for 1200mAh or smaller. It says that on the box. DayDeal should not advertise this for all phones. I'm going to search for a better charger, elsewhere.

Good product with reasonable price. I can recommend this to anyone who broke their charging port in their cell phone. Watch the video and it will help you a lot to function the product well and try to locate the + and - pole of your battery I can assure it will worked 100%.

Get what you pay for, by phoneguy
Using it for a cell phone battery with side contacts. Unit doesn't seem able to charge battery beyond about 80% capacity. I've seen different chargers elsewhere but much more money. Return policies at this company make returning for exchange or refund a waste of time and more $$. Extra battery I bought at the same time charges to full in the phone but not in this unit.

Recently my voyager charging port broke and verizon refused to replace my phone. Rather then buy a new phone i did a little research and found this product. I was super excited and thought it would indeed end my problems.
However, i cannot, for the life of me get this thing to work. I've tryed everything and sat for hours trying to get it to work. If someone can possibly help, i'd be grateful.

I needed a charger to charge a backup battery for my power eating smart phone. When my phone is turned off to charge the main battery I needed a platform to do the job. Enter the Universal Charger, works great and as described, this morning I used it for the first time and it was fully charged in about four hours, more complete than what the phone does.

I was just about to return this product when I went back on line and found out there was a how-to video available. Good thing I found it. It cleared everything up for me and now I'm very happy with this product. The batter does take a while to charge, though, but it's still great. For those of you who bought this and are having a hard time with it, please look at the video. I'm now recommending this product to my friends. It works great once you get the hang of it, and it's great for travel. No cords to carry!!!

Amazing deal! The price is so low I almost ignored it. But I've used it with two different phone batteries (with different polarities) and it worked great. It takes a little patience to get the pins to hit the battery contacts, but after that it is very easy. If there is any charge left in the battery the PW light comes on if the polarity is right. Just toggle the CO button to change polarity.
