Standard FREE SHIPPING method is available to all destinations within the United States and is delivered via USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground (depending on the weight of the package). Alternative shipping options (USPS Priority Mail, UPS Express or International Mail) are also available at additional cost.

All orders take 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri) to process before being shipped. In most cases, it only takes 1 day to process your order. This Processing Time is completely separate from the Shipping Time. To estimate Delivery Time, please consider the following: You will be notified by e-mail once your order is shipped. Orders shipped by USPS Priority Mail or UPS will be provided with tracking information. In some instances, there may be unexpected delays. If there is a prolonged delay in processing your order, you will be notified by e-mail or by phone.

Our office and fulfillment department is open Monday thru Friday, 9am to 5pm Pacific time. Orders are not processed on weekends.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, APO, FPO & P.O. Box addresses are sent via USPS First Class Mail and Priority Mail only. There are no express or overnight delivery available to these destinations.

Please note that your order and any information within your order cannot be changed or canceled. We understand sometimes you may want to cancel your order or you may change your mind; therefore, if you receive items that you do not want, you can return them for an exchange or refund - please refer to our Return Policy for procedures.
